To cope up with the digitalized scenario, everyone must afford themselves with advanced technologies and updated skillset. This necessitates a shift in the learning process which leads to the implementation of innovative pedagogies. Technological integration in teaching, learning process fosters experimental learning, project based approaches, critical thinking, problem solving and creativity. At the same time, to make this more effective, the same innovation must be implemented in the evaluation system too. Then only the desired outcome will be attained. Moreover, it also helps to judge the real potential of the candidate.
