In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force across multiple domains, and its impact on the English language is no exception. From language learning to linguistic analysis, AI offers new opportunities to enhance English language instruction, fluency, and professional usage. This paper explores how AI tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine translation, and AI-powered learning platforms reshape how English is learned, taught, and used. Furthermore, the paper examines the challenges posed by AI, including ethical concerns, over-reliance on technology, and linguistic limitations. Through a review of current research and case studies, this paper aims to critically analyze the potential opportunities AI offers to the English language while also addressing the associated challenges.
