Vishad Yog: A critical examination of Arjun's moral and emotional conflict

Author(s):

Vaishali Jaydipsinh Dodiya

Abstract:

Srimad Bhagavad Gita is indeed a comprehensive book that offers profound insights into psychological principles, spirituality, and the art of living.
The significance of the Gita is even more relevant in today's time; because today's human being is disturbed and restless due to stress and inner conflicts, and this inner conflict is the reason for the incompleteness of his overall psychological life.
The knowledge and philosophy described in the Gita are highly relevant to modern humans. The Gita teaches us how to achieve balance and peace in our lives, how to control our thoughts and emotions, and how to make continuous efforts to achieve our goals.
